Years Purchase Dual Rate Including Tax Annually in Arrear

Years purchase, dual rate plus tax in arrear investment calculator

Years purchase dual rate percentage principle or the present value of £1 per annum accounting for income tax annually in arrear.

Calculate the years purchase, dual rate percentage principle or the present value of £1 per annum receivable at the end of each year after allowing for a sinking fund at a specified rate of interest to replace the invested capital and allowing for the effect of income tax.

This is calculated annually in arrear.
